These skirts are the newest ones I've created.

 


Red Bird Wool Mini Skirt

I used a light brown, light weight wool to make this skirt.
The waist band is done in a red knit. I added a lined pocket
to the front of the skirt which has a red bird embroidery, a
satin stitched tan branch. and red knit leaves.

Measurements:
                      Waist: 36 1/2 laying flat
                      Length: 18 inches

Tree Pouch Skirt

I used a ochre/orange textured linen to make this skirt. The skirt waist has a drawstring and ties in the back.
I added a pouch to the front of the skirt using a yellow,cream,orange,green batik, a brown,green batik,
and a dark brown batik for the tree applique.
Measurements:
                     Waist: opens up to 39 inches
                     Length: 38 inches, I can hem this to whatever length is needed.

Autumn Patchwork Wrap Skirt

I used a variety of batiks, cottons, linen, and corduroys in shades of
brown,orange, cream and rose. The waistband has a buttonhole and two belt loops.

Butterfly Wrap Skirt

I used a plum linen to make this skirt. I appliqued some twisting vines
and leaves below the hips in a peach batik and green linen. I embroidered three
butterflies, cut them out and restitched them onto the skirt. The butterflies
are used as the belt loops for the skirt!

Hemp&stretch cotton Tree Wrap

I used a brown stretch cotton as the main fabric for this skirt.
There is a diagonal white hemp piece along the front of the skirt
where I appliqued a tree using a brown/cream batik fabric.
I added a lined pocket to the front using the brown stretch cotton.

Measurements:

                       Waist: opens up to41 inches

                        Length: 20 1/2 inches

Diagonal Patch Wrap Skirt

I used a very soft brushed cotton as the main fabric for this skirt
I put in a diagonal panel of patchwork along the side using peach, orange,
brown, cream, rose batiks, cottons and corduroys. There is a lined pocket
done in the brushed cotton.

                      Waist: opens up to 43 1/2 inches

Maple Leaf Wrap Skirt

I used orange/red linen to make this skirt.
I appliqued a vine with maple leaves using a brown cotton and a peach batik.

Tree Pockets Skirts

I used teal blue linen to make this skirt. The pockets 
are done in a blue/green gradation cotton, and are lined in the linen.
I appliqued a tree onto each pocket using a cream color batik.

Hemp&Fern Cotton Wrap Skirt

I used a white hemp as the main fabric for this skirt
The bottom of the skirt has four triangular fern printed fabric
pieces inserted. I appliqued a green linen fern in the front center of the skirt.
The bottom is trimmed in the green linen.

Closed Random Patchwork Skirt

I used a variety of green, purple, cream batiks to make this skirt.
The waistband and bottom hem are done in a heavyweight green gauze.

Green Gradation Wrap

I used a beautiful blue/green gradation fabric to make this skirt.
I added a pocket using the gradation fabric, lined in hemp. The applique
on the pocket is of a water/rocky shore scene using gray/brown batiks.

Autumn In the Woods Apron Skirt

I used a brown linen to make the skirt. The waist closes with a drawstring
in the back. Four the apron I used a beautiful brown gradation fabric for the background
For the trees I used brown and cream batiks. The rocks are done in brown, tan, and
gray batiks. The water is done using a blue/green gradation fabric. The little leaves
on the foreground trees are painted on using a cream color paint.

Dancing Faeries Apron Skirt

I used a orange bamboo to make the skirt. The skirt ties with a drawstring
in the back. For the apron I used a stretch brown cotton for the background.
The faeries are done in a peach batik, green bamboo, teal batik, orange batik
and a multicolor batik. The mushrooms and grass are done in red linen,cream
and brown and green batiks, green bamboo fabric. The apron is detachable with
buttons at the waistband.

Spring Garden Random Wrap Skirt
    I made a new random patchwork pattern. This style has sort of
a diamond pattern to it!!
   This wrap skirt is made using batiks and handpainted fabrics, in
various shades of purple, green, and taupe.
    The waist and bottom hem are done in a dark purple batik. I
used a dark green for the waist ties.

Hemp Fern Wrap Skirt

  I used a white hemp/rayon to make this skirt. The waistband, ties
and bottom hem are done in a light green heavyweight gauze.
I appliqued a fern onto the frontside of the skirt using a dark green hemp.

Birds on a branch wrap skirt
I used a red organic cotton to make this skirt.
The branches are done in a dark brown corduroy.
I used a brown corduroy, and a cream cotton for
the leaves. I appliqued three birds, they are done in a
burnt orange, brown, light green, peachy beige thread.
The birds were cut out, and stitched down along the waist band,
they are used a hold the skirt ties in place! :)

I used a olive hemp/tencel as the main fabric for this skirt.
For the diagonal front panel I used a blue/green gradation fabric.

Autumn Tree Wrap Skirt
I used a fine wale brown corduroy as the main fabric
for this skirt. The v-panelsare done in a peach batik fabric. I used
the same peach batik for the tree applique. The waistband, ties and
ruffle are done in a brown, yellow, green, peach batik. The skirt
is finished off at the bottom with the brown corduroy.

Cutaway Butterfly Wrap skirt
I used a peach batik as the main fabric for this skirt
For the butterfly applique I used a pink/lavender handpainted
fabric( this fabric has a slight shimmer) A dark and pale green batiks.
For the flower and vine I used a the sqame pink handpainted fabric
a brown batik, and the dark green batik. The butterfly applique is
cut away from the bottom edge of the skirt, so it turns the botoom edge of
the butterfly into part of the hem :)

Aussie spirit figures wrap skirt
I used a beautiful black based australian fabric
to make this skirt. The print has little spirit figures throughout
and different sizes circular patterns. The colors are green, black,tan
cream, blue.

Sunset Pond Apron Skirt
I used a blue/green leaf print batik as the main fabric for this skirt
The apron is detachable with two wooden buttons along the front
waitband. The apron is made out of a handpainted sunset fabric.
The colors are blue, white, rusty oranges. For the mountain, shore, and
plant appliques I used shades of brown batiks, green and white hemp.
Measurements:

V-panel random patch wrap skirt
I used a varitey and shades of green, blue, brown, cream, gray
to make up the patchwork for this skirt. The patchwork is cut
into v shaped panel on the front and back of the skirt. To finish the
skirt I used a soft/blue/gray linen to go between the patchwork panels.

I used a purple batik as the main fabric for this skirt.
The v shaped panel in the front is done using a purple/
cream, peach,rosey pink handpainted fabric for the sky
For the water i used a blue/green/white handpainted fabric.
The mountains are done in various shades of purple
batiks. For the trees I used a gray/brown bark print fabric.

Spring Bird wrap skirt
I used a dark green batik as the main fabric for this skirt.
The waist band and ties are done in a tan hemp/tencel
I embriodered a bird sitting on a tree branch along the front of the skirt.
The leaves are done a green cotton, and a white hemp.
The bird is done using various shades of brown thread, and the branch
is done in a dark brown thread.

aboriginal footprint wrap skirt
For this skirt I used a australian fabric that has tiny
black foots throughout the skirt. The pattern also has
flowers and circular patterns in the boomerang shaped
forms on the skirt. The base color of the fabric is gray.

circular patterns all over it in shades of green, white

I used a white hemp/rayon as the main fabric for this skirt

I used a olive green stretch hemp as the main fabric

 Apple Of the Woods Apron Skirt
I used a spruce blue/green batik as the main
fabric for this skirt. For the apron part I used a
gray/blue batik for the sky, brown/green/gray handpainted
fabric for the ground. The creeek is done with a blue/green/brown
handpainted fabric. The rocks are done in a gray batik, and
a hemp/yak hair fabric. For the trees I used a dark brown batik,
a cream batik, and a bark print fabric. I embroidred two bushes
among the rocks and a deer walking through the woods. The apron is attached to the skirt with two wooden buttons. So you can take the apron off :)

I spent many, many, manyyyy hours embroidering leaves
along one side of the skirt. The leaves are done in various
