Flower Bud Dress

I used a celery green knit to make this dress. 
The bodice is cut in a tank one shoulder style. The skirting on the dress comes in at the hip area.
I appliqued flower bud vines around the neck and shoulder line of the dress using a purple linen.

Measurements:

                     Bust: 35 inches and under

                     Hip: up to 38 inches

                     Length: 37.5 inches

Tree Dress

I used a brown spandex knit to make this dress.
The bodice is cut in a tank one shoulder style. The skirting of the dress comes
in at the hip line. along the botton side of the dress I added a triangular piece
with a tree applique. The tree is done in a brown cotton. The background is done in a blue
tonal cotton.

Measurements:

                     Bust: 36 inches and under

                     Hip: up to 40 inches

                     Length: 45 inches

Pansy Dress

I used a olive green knit as the main fabric for this dress. The upper part is cut in a tank style, and comes down
to around the hip area. I appliqued three pansies onto the front of the dress using various shades of purple
batiks and a yellow cotton. The stems are done in a light green knit. The appliques were cutaway then reattached
giving them a 3d affect.

Measurements: Bust:35 inches and under
                     Length: 43 inches

Hemp Flower Dress

I used a light weight seafoam green knit to make the bodice of the dress. The neckline is very drapey.
For the skirting I used a hemp/rayon fabric. I added two inside pockets on the skirt. I applique is done
in a white gauze and hemp/rayon for the backing. The appliques were cutaway them reattached giving them
a 3d affect. The vine going around the waist is done in a green stretch wool knit.

Measurements: Bust: 37 inches and under

                     Length: 40 1/2 inches

                     waist/hip: 37 inches

Yellow Flowers Dress

I used a medium weight green knit to make the bodice of the dress. The bodice is done in
a tube style, and is doubled. The skirting is done in a hemp/rayon. The 3 dimensional flowers
around the neck are done in a yellow cotton, and a light green batik for the leaves and stems.

Measurements: Bust: 32 inches and under

                     Length: 34 inches

Lily Dress

I used a purple knit as the main fabric for this dress. The bodice fall to right under the bust line.
The skirting is cut in a Aline.  I added a 3 dimensional lily to the front side of the dress. The steam
sweeps across the upper back and around the upper part of the chest. To make the lily I used orange,
peach, and pink batiks. I stitched tons of little flower vein lines throughout the lily.

Measurements: Bust: 35 inches and under

                     Length: 35 1/2 inches

Petal Dress

I used a white knit for the bodice of this dress. The bodice is lined. 
For the skirting I used a tissue weight green as the base fabric, this fabric is not seen, it is
as the lining to hold the petals. For the petals I used a white and light green gauze. The petals
are attached at the top, down one side and at the bottom. I folded the petals slighty over at
the bottom and stitched them, to give them more dimension. The petals open up slightly when you move, but
are not free floating. On the front of the bodice I did a 3d flower using white and green gauze. The steam is done
in the green gauze.

                     Length: 39 inches

If I Lived In A Tree Dress

I used a off white hemp for the bodice of this dress. The back of the bodice laces up through
6 loops on the back. I added brown and cream cutaway oak leaf appliques all around the bodice.
The center of each oak leaf is stitched down to the bodice, with the edges loose, so they can curl and sway
like the real leaf would move.The skirting part of the dress is done in a cream, brown, black bark looking cotton.
Measurements:
                      Bust: 31-36 inches
                      Length: 32 inches

Red Swoop Neck Dress

I used a red knit to make this dress. The neckline of the dress is cut to be very drapey,and swoops down
almost like a cowl neck. The sleeve are cut to be very drapey, and fluttery. I added two orange batik
maple leaves two the front of the dress.

                      Bust: 32-34 inches
                      Length: 39 inches
                      Hips: 36-38 inches

Twisting Vine Hooded Cream Dress

I used a very soft cream knit for this dress. The sleeve hems, sash and hood are done in a teal blue knit.
I appliqued a vine below the hips of the dress using a brown knit and a teal knit.

Measurements:
                     Bust: 37 inches and under

                     Length: 41 inches

Landscape Linen Dress

I used a light brown linen to make this dress. 
The bodice is lined,and ties at the shoulder, and
gathers around the neckline.The dress is done in a
dropwaist style. So the bodice, and skirting meet at
the waistline.I added  diagonal cut applique to the front
side of the dress.The applique is of rocks, water, and
early spring ground. I used a brown,gray, white handpainted
fabric for the ground. The rocks are done in black, gray,
brown batiks. For thewater I used a blue batik.

                          Bust: 32-35 inches
                          waist: 35 inches
                          Length: 33 inches
